What if you could step away from your daily routine for just a moment and dance?

  • Move, breathe, and recalibrate your energy

  • Share a rhythm with fellow dance lovers

  • Feel connected, even from afar

This is the idea behind Rhythm & Reset!

In the spirit of my late mentor, Simeon Den, whose philosophy was to always keep moving, the four of us planning his memorial found ourselves taking short dance breaks on Zoom—two to twenty minutes at a time. It started as a way to shake off the stress of planning, but it felt so good, we kept going. Now, we’re inviting you to join us!

Who can join?

  • Anyone with a body and the Zoom link!

Cost?

  • $10/week - all proceeds go to the Simeon Den Legacy Fund
(Please let us know if you need financial aid, and we will find a way!)

Etiquette: No need to talk, no expectations—just movement. Whether you’re at home, in the office, or parked in your car, dance is always available. And it’s more fun with friends! Always with L-O-V-E and respect to each other!

Weekly sessions are M, W, F:
12pm-12:20pm & 5pm-5:20pm

*You will be emailed a Zoom link for the first Monday after purchasing your class pass!
